That was then...this is now...

In spite of the depressing part of the day where you have to turn over a HUGE portion of your hard-earned income to people that waste it on things you DO NOT AGREE with....I did have a great day with my boys. We had our portraits made. Here are a few over the past few years.

Cooper weighed 9 lbs 4 ozs. David weighed 5 lbs 4 ozs. They were born one day apart. It didn't take Little David long to catch up in weight to Cooper.
Their papa is an avid duck hunter.....They love their papa.
Little David is timid where Cooper and Thomas are a little more outgoing.
I just thought it was going to get easier... I would not dare attempt this without the help of my sweet sister-in-law Sandy. Thank you so much Sandy.

We love "The Very Quiet Cricket". It is one of our favorite books.
They are crazy about cars, trucks, excavators, combines, concrete mixers, tractors and on and on.... especially Little David.

What a glorious day!!!

Oh, what precious pictures! Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday.
I do love my job! I also have a salon at my home, so I still am behind the chair but I am loving teaching now. Scroll down my blog and see the Locks of Love post where my 10yr. old DD and her BBF donated their hair. I have been to your salon website and it is fabulous. How nice that your DD works with you. I thought to myself that it would be fun to travel there someday for some TLC.

Hi Barbie,
Me again. If you have some clients that wouldn't mind, could you post some before, during, and after prom hairstyles? It would be a great way to show my students the whole process. It would be like an internet field trip! LOL!
If you don't want to blog, it would be fine just to email me the pics. It is my oldest daughter's Sr. Prom this year and we also have a All Daughter's brunch at church that day, so I am not taking clients for prom this year. I love special occasion hair also.
I'll have to say it will be nice to spend the day with Rebekah getting her ready.
Blessings~
