LeAnn, you have inspired me to do some tweaking of my own!!!! I am in the Christmas spirit now that Open House is over at work. I have taken everything out of my display cabinets with the exception of my fiesta ware that we use daily. It is on the far right, bottom.
I think everything in my cabinets has been a gift from someone. Alot of my friends and clients have given me different serving pieces for the Christmas Holidays. I think they all know how much I love to entertain. There's not much I like better than cooking for a crowd. The dishes on the left belong to Laura. The dishes on the right were given to me by a close friend several years ago.

My mother has given me some of the items in my cabinet also.

There is a potholder on the top shelf laying flat that was given to me by my mother-in-laws best friend Mattie Pearl.
The potholder with Santa on it behind the cream pitcher was given to me by momma.

Laura's gift to me when they were in Pigeon Forge several months ago. Maybe I will have an addition to my boys next year(:

I love the Southern Living Christmas book. Aren't those screen doors on the left pretty
I have three platters on this tiered rack. The one in the very back is really pretty. It has the 12 days of Christmas on it and it came from Neiman-Marcus. Meme Lorie gave it to me probably 25 years ago. It is a treasure.

One of my favorite things during the holidays is when you take your ornaments and decorations out of the boxes and it brings back memories of times past. I am looking forward to putting my tree up this year. My best buds Lorie and Juju are going to help me. We'll be making memories. Blessings Memaw Barbie

I love this display area! I was so afraid to put glass doors on my cabinets though. I can tend to be a bit messy in my cabinets. :)

That looks so wonderful. You should show your Christmas dishes also.I love them. I used my feed on the word dishes Tuesday night for my homemakers dinner and a few of the ladies may be coming to get some. They had a fit over them.
I love you -I can't wait to trim our trees.
